Ok, can't contain the excitement!  Check the first page for my interview w/Book Bites for Kids--Suzanne Lieurance!  It was very scary but Suzanne's wonderful skills as an interviewer eased me through it!  She has a very calming voice and is terrific!  Hopefully, I sound alright.  I get nervous and then there is no stopping what comes from my mouth!  I can chat someone into a new century.

*big sigh* Well, that's all for the events so far.  Not to worry, I'm scouting out more possibilities.   Meanwhile work continues on book 2--"What Lies Within" and then there's a bit of work being done on book 3.  I'm sorting out the new poem for the beginning--as with the other two it just came to me.  It's a bit darker so I'll warn you now.  I"m trying to sort out a mix up between it and book 4--an important event takes place so I have to time it just right w/the poem.  Cryptic huh? 

My energy level is low due to all the excitment of the interview.  My sister gave me the best advice for the interview so I want to pass it along before I go.  It helped me out some so if you ever get anxious over an important event where you must speak--write in big letters on an index card these wonderful phrases:

STAY CALM

STAY FOCUSED

SLOW DOWN

I kept looking at them through out the interview--of course I also did a few ballerina moves (no I didn't twirl--just a few kicks).  Yes, I'm a bit odd but then I wouldn't be interesting if I were normal.
