Also....just received this exciting review:
Sarah Winters, Author of The Strongest Fire
"On Christmas Eve my cousin and his wife let their little son, who just turned 6, open a small gift. His mom gets to pick it out so he doesn’t snag the biggest one. This year she picked out one that she thought might be a book so he could look at the pictures all night, and she told him to open it. The one she picked was the book I had bought him for Christmas (Something Greater Than Fear by Christy Condoleo). She read it to him that night. And then he went upstairs and fell asleep in a tent (fun Christmas Eve stuff to make him want to stay in bed). He loved it! He fell asleep hugging it! And in the morning he didn’t want to open any new gifts until his mom read it to him one more time. Which she did and he enjoyed it again. I’m sure that if I go over there anytime soon I’ll have a 6 year old in my lap asking me to read to him.
I read the book before I gave it to him. I read it carefully so I did not fold the pages and it would stay nice and new. I enjoyed this book myself. I bought a second copy and I plan on donating that book to my daughter’s elementary school library.
This book is for owl lovers and mice lovers, boys and girls. The art is lovely and the story matches the art perfectly. Great job to both the author and the artist!..."
and.....
"Christy has published a great children's adventure, "Something Greater Than Fear." I bought it, read it, loved it! I love the image of Christy's forest mouse, Figs, donning her cloak and dagger, heading out to face the great unknown!" John Locke, author of the Donovan Creed Crime Novels

Fun news! I just received an email that my short story, The Visit, was accepted into the National Gallery of Writing by the NCTE (National Council of Teachers of English). Here's a link: http://galleryofwriting.org/writing/1228799
It's a general fiction piece that will leave you thinking. It's only two pages (if that) and flows really well so give it a read and then drop me a line to let me know what you. Thanks!
Welcome to Eppy's Creations!
Eppy's Creations is the dream of one woman who has decided that you must find a way or create your own! Despite all odds, you must continue because there is no other way. This site is named after one of the characters in The Fragments of the Key series, Ephiphany Fire. Ephiphany or Eppy (as her friends call her) is a seer that sees and focuses on more than just the future because she has seen her own death. Instead of focusing on that one horrible vision, she sees the people and things in front of her with a sometimes frightening clarity. She continues on with a belief that she will change things just simply by 'being'. I thought the publisher of my books as well as the online voice for my work should be someone of that nature. Don't ever underestimate anyone...especially those perceived as weak. On this site, you will find information regarding the past, present, and future books or projects of Christy Condoleo (a.k.a. Chris Condoleo or C.J. Condoleo). I never tire of writing nor do I ever sit still for very long so I am constantly creating. Through my characters you might glimpse a bit of who and what I am--who knows, you might even see a little of yourself.
You may find my name or info on my books at numerous sites so it's a good thing that I am not one to be idle. FaceBook, MySpace, Twitter, LiveJournal, Published Authors.org, Authorsden, American Author's Association, Lulu.com, Writing.com, and various online book sellers are just a few of the sites that comes to mind right now. One of the goals of Eppy's Creations is to spread the word about my books near and far so any help you might give would be very much appreciated. If you'd like to have a copy of my book to place on your shelves and you are a school library or public library, teacher or some facility where you check out books then feel free to contact me. I love to donate my books to schools and libraries. If you would like to have me speak or read at your school or library, I am also available.
Thank you for stopping by, please, sign the guestbook when you leave so that I will know you were here. I love any kind of correspondence, so feel free to drop me a message and I will respond probably same day.
